How Do I Customize The Content On My Screens

You can upload content and manage your playlists yourself using our content management portal or we can have a Constant Media account rep manage your custom playlist for you. Please reach out us to setup a demo for the portal or to send us content to upload.

My Screen Is Showing A Black/Blank Screen

Accepted Answer

The #1 cause of a blank screen is the TV or media player not being plugged in correctly.

Please make sure both the screen and media player and plugged into a power outlet and the cords are all the way connected. The media player should have a blue light while turned on and the TV should also display a light when it is it connected to power.

Ensure the hdmi cables are connected and in all the way. Sometimes a cord can come loose and will cause a blank screen.

Can I Program The Screens To Turn Off And Back On Automatically

Yes we can program the devices to turn off at the end of your office hours and come back on at the start of your day. Please contact us below and we will be happy to set up your devices with your office hours.

Can The Devices Be Left On 24/7

Accepted Answer

Yes the devices can and should be connected to a power outlet and the internet 24/7 
This allows us to update the content and send important updates to your screens. We can program the device screens to turn off and on with your office hours if you contact us below.
